Flat-Fee Plus the Cost of Groceries

1 Person x 5 Portions (5 Total): $150.00 + GST
Suited for: Busy single professionals with no time for meal-planning as well as seniors living at home who are on specific diets and have limited mobility in their kitchen. 

2 Persons x 5 Portions (10 Total): $170.00 + GST

Suited for: Couples, roommates, or a single person who wants one for lunch at work and another for dinner each day of the work week, or spread the meals over two weeks at one per day.

4 Persons x 5 Portions (20 Total): $200.00 + GST
Suited for: Busy families of 4 with parents having no time to cook and still wanting to maintain healthy diets.

2 Persons x 10 Portions (20 Total): $275.00 + GST
Suited for: Couples, roommates or people who want variety in their day with 10 different meals suited for over 1 week, 2 different meals per day, 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner. This is the package for the client that really wants variety and frequent use of their gourmet nutritious meals throughout their day. 

Entree Packaging Options:
1) Add 0.50 charge for each product that is vacuum-packed.
2) One-time charge of $10.00 for storage of every 5 portions. The containers can store food safely each week and can be re-used every time we visit.


MEAT


Beef

∙ Roasted beef au jus with herb and roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
∙ Traditional beef stew, root vegetables, fresh herbs and dinner rolls
∙ Beef Stroganoff, sour cream, sautéed button mushrooms, broad noodles and seasonal vegetables

Lamb
∙ Lamb shepherd's pie, creamed sweet peas with carrots and fresh dinner rolls
∙ Greek lamb souvlaki, rice pilaf or lemon roasted potatoes and Greek salad
∙ Spicy roasted leg of lamb, herb and roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Pork
∙ Pork meat loaf, rosemary and sage gravy, root vegetable mash and crispy “tobacco” onions
∙ Pan-fried breaded pork cutlet, lemon and rosemary brown butter, spatzle noodles and seasonal vegetables
∙ St. Louis rack of pork ribs: BBQ, honey garlic or teriyaki, baked potato and cabbage slaw with shredded carrot and onion
∙ Smoked honey-glazed country ham, scalloped potatoes Dauphinoise and seasonal vegetables

Chicken
∙ Traditional whole roasted herbed chicken, pan gravy, garlic and herbed mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
∙ Teriyaki chicken thighs and legs, ginger-scented Jasmine rice and crunchy stir-fried vegetables
∙ Curried chicken, Jasmine rice, steamed broccoli and Naan bread
∙ Chicken Jambalaya (Southern-style chicken and rice stew with chili flakes)

SEAFOOD
∙ Prawn dinner of 1/2 doz 16/20 "Jumbo" Black Tiger prawns sautéed with leeks, shallots and garlic butter, Jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables
∙ Classic Bouillabaisse: various fish and shellfish simmered in a saffron broth with carrots, celery, onion and fresh herbs served with an Artisan baguette
∙ Wild local Pacific salmon fillet caramelized with lemon-caper brown butter, roasted baby “nugget” potatoes and seasonal vegetables
∙ Poached sole, wedges of lemon, couscous with orange segments, sweet peas, shredded carrot and extra virgin olive oil

PASTAS
∙ Spaghetti Bolognese (Pancetta and beef meat sauce)
∙ Spicy chorizo Penne with fresh sweet basil and roasted cherry tomatoes
∙ Baked macaroni & cheese with aged white cheddar – add Cajun chicken or cold-smoked salmon
∙ Beef or vegetable lasagna, Bechamel sauce, Mozzarella, Ricotta, spinach, Roma tomatoes and fresh Italian herbs
*Pastas come with Artisan bread and Parmesan cheese.

VEGETARIAN
